{"id":77,"date":"2008-10-27T12:03:19","date_gmt":"2008-10-27T16:03:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thomaskrohn.com\/family\/wordpress\/?p=77"},"modified":"2008-11-09T12:15:45","modified_gmt":"2008-11-09T16:15:45","slug":"grandma-grandpa-krohn-visit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.thomaskrohn.com\/family\/wordpress\/2008\/10\/27\/grandma-grandpa-krohn-visit\/","title":{"rendered":"Grandma &#038; Grandpa Krohn Visit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We had a great visit with Grandma and Grandpa Krohn.\u00a0 We celebrated their anniversary downtown with Uncle Kelly by visiting the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eiteljorg.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Eiteljorg Museum<\/a> full of western art like Remington and Russell, capped off with a pizza dinner.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ndsualumni.com\/NetCommunity\/Page.aspx?pid=221&amp;srcid=454\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ndsualumni.com\/NetCommunity\/view.image?Id=1267\" align=\"right\" height=\"160\" width=\"200\" \/><\/a>The highlight of the trip for the boys was a trip with Dad and Grandpa over to central Illinois to watch the NDSU Bison clobber the Illinois State Redbirds.\u00a0 Matthew and Joshua especially enjoyed the alumni tent and getting to meet Thunder.\u00a0 More pictures are available of the NDSU outing on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ndsualumni.com\/NetCommunity\/Page.aspx?pid=221&amp;srcid=454\" target=\"_blank\">alumni page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>During their visit, our 3 kids set up an interview show just like on TV.\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thomaskrohn.com\/video\/wordpress\/?p=99\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thomaskrohn.com\/family\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/11\/video1.jpg\" align=\"left\" height=\"140\" width=\"250\" \/><\/a>They welcomed G&amp;G and asked them lots of questions about their childhood, ranging from their pets to how they had light before electricity!\u00a0 You can see the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thomaskrohn.com\/video\/wordpress\/?p=99\" target=\"_blank\">full interview<\/a> on the video section of our blog.
